集中して勉強や仕事に取り組めていますか？
なかなか自習や仕事等で時間を管理して取り組むことは難しいでしょう。

それをサポートするのがこのアプリ、StudySupportです。
ある研究によると、20分活動,5分休憩を繰り返すことにより集中力を持続できるとの効果もあるとされています。

そうした活動と休憩の時間管理をすることができます。
活動開始、休憩開始時にはサウンドがなります（マナーモード時はバイブレーション）ので、切り替えるきっかけになるかと思います。

また、活動時間は1分から60分、休憩時間は1分から30分と設定できるので、お好みに合わせた活動をすることができます。

活動後は活動時間の合計が表示されるので、活動時間の目安にすることができます。
