User Search in Community Section: Now, you can easily search for users within the community section.

Minor fixes and performance improvements

This version includes minor fixes and improvements to the user experience.

Performance improvements: We've made several minor performance enhancements to the app to ensure a smooth and speedy experience for our users.

● Blocking/unblocking users from personal feed — block and unblock other users' activity to gain more control over what you see in the app.

A customer profile link between the 311SA App and City of San Antonio’s 311 Customer Service Office, which will provide the mobile app user the ability to track their reports created from calls made to 3-1-1. Users can track all requests in the mobile app by going to the "Flags" section within the Profile tab.

COVID-19 Resources: Click on the City website link, located at the top of the "Urban Feed" page, to stay up to date on the latest local information regarding COVID-19 and how you can help to prevent the spread of the virus.

New

Case progress: Track the status of your report in each Flag Detail. You can track the progress of the report from submittal to resolution.
Updates: Now you will receive case notes from the City with specific information regarding the resolution or disposition of the report displayed in the Flag Detail page.
Specify exact address: Users will be presented with an address list from which to select, if more than one location is returned from the map. This ensures the exact location is submitted with the report.
Photo Zoom: Zoom in enabled when taking a picture that gets attached to the report.
