Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools

- Physical Inventory module modernized appearance and functionality.

Barcode scan fix

Required platform upgrades have been installed. These updates require that a minimum of Apple iOS 13.4 be installed on the Apple device to use the app.

Security enhancements

- When the security action ‘Adjust On Hold/To Be Returned’ is denied and the security action ‘Allow Move Quantity’ is granted, the Move Quantity button opens the Move Quantity action in Inventory Control.
- When scanning a barcode with multiple matching results all results are displayed on the Pick List page in Picking.
- The picking module opens when transactions are missing the Expected Delivery Date.

Spanish supported in the Receiving and Inventory Control modules

- Ability to pick material from a unit in its piece reference. This allows you to no longer have to pick the entire unit for smaller quantity orders.
- When taking a photo for image capture in MWT, the device’s native camera is now used. This provides additional camera features including zoom and the use of the device's wide angle lenses.
- Ensure no errors are logged in the Agility Log Message Maintenance window when moving from a MWT Hold location to another MWT Hold location.

Modifications have been made to ensure purchase orders and the search filter show in the Receiving module.

- Option to require unique custom tags during receiving. Agility v608 is required.
- View sales order and purchase order header and detail messages. Agility v608 is required.
- The toolbar continues to be visible after capturing an image on the PO Details screen while receiving.

- When a user is denied the ‘Adjust On Hold/To Be Returned Quantity’ for the Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools app the ‘On Hold’ and ‘To Be Returned’ fields no longer show during the Move Quantity action in Inventory Control.
- Modifications have been made to ensure the Tag and Serial Number Entry modals, and the Tag and Work Order search bars display correctly in the app.

- New icon added to picking toolbar to access sales order header and detail messages. Agility v608 is required.
- Toolbar improved to handle icon overflow situations depending on the device's screen size.
- Modifications made to ensure users are not allowed to pre-receive quantities that exceed the 'Over receive threshold percent' setting for the item. Agility v604 is required.

Modifications have been made to ensure the correct rounded pick quantity amount is showing for items while picking.

- Modifications have been made to ensure the correct value shows for the Picker and Handling Code fields during the picking process.
- The ability to capture images during picking has been added to the app. The image capture icon button is found on the Pick List, Component Pick List, and Specify Commit screen's toolbar. Agility v608 is required.

- Pick auto complete BOM parent items. Agility v607 required.
- Modifications made to ensure sheet good items are successfully added to Workfiles. Agility v607 required.
- Modifications made to ensure items show in the pick list.

- Modifications have been made to ensure the barcode scan icon works correctly when scanning tags on a device with iOS 17.
- The “Document” and “Photo” options now only show up during image capture in the Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools app when the parameters around these options call for it. They now only show if the ‘Image capture settings’ is set to “Send documents to doc storage, photos to cloud storage” or if the ‘Document quality’ and ‘Photo quality’ fields do not have the same value.

- Bug fixes

Picking:
- Scan a tag from a location other than the committed location without having to update the location first on the Specify Commit page.
- Items no longer show on the Pick List page after resolving the pick while in scan gun mode and the more options ellipses opens successfully.

Work Orders:
- When the item on the work order has a default location setup the location modal no longer pops up on the Work Order Completion page.

- Modifications have been made to ensure that when the security action ‘Allow Receiving to be Completed’ is revoked, the Submit button shows in receiving in the app.
- The Work Orders module has been updated to a modernized look and flow.

Modifications have been made inside of the Physical Inventory module to ensure you are able to update an item count after leaving a workfile and then return to it later.

- Bug fixes
Picking:
- Size is now an option to sort and filter by on the Pick List page.
- Filter choices with 0 results due to the values only showing on completed items no longer show as an option on the Pick List page of picking unless the ‘Show completed items’ option is set.
- Allowed to select printers from the originating selling branch of customer owned inventory (COI) orders. Agility v606 is required.
- Work Order ID will now show on the pick list cards and in the sorting options when Work Order ID is added to the Pick List Display in Agility Mobile App Parameters. Agility v606 is required.
Receiving:
- When on the Specify Storage page while in the 'Scan Gun' device setting, you can scan a tag barcode twice in a row to confirm the pre-receipt record. In the ‘Mobile Phone’ mode you may manually search a tag twice in a row or use the barcode icon button to search a tag twice in a row to confirm.

Bug Fixes

- Blank item types with the UOM of UNIT can be received in the Agility Mobile Warehouse Tools app. Agility v604 is required.
- Modifications made to the Move Quantity functionality in the Inventory Control module to handle moving quantity to an ‘MWT hold location’. Agility v606 is required.

- Modifications have been made to ensure the ability to split tags to new custom tags when using the Split Tags feature in the Inventory Control module.
- Prompts for partial pick or unsaved changes no longer happen when leaving the picking Specify Commit page if no changes have been made since entering the page.
- Minor UI changes have been made to picking. “Pick to XYZ” button now shows “Add to XYZ” after a commit has been made on an item.

Modifications have been made to ensure location information is retained successfully after scanning location barcodes.
