Spruce offers Chores & Housekeeping services. Schedule one-time or recurring services on-demand. Spruce Service Professionals are background-checked, licensed, bonded and insured and ready to tackle your biggest chores.

With the Chores features, book fractional cleaning services like cleaning floors, doing dishes, or clearing clutter. You can also add chores to house cleaning services so you can reduce the prep time normally required to get ready for the housekeeper.

How does it work? Spruce partners with multifamily communities around the country to bring amenity services to your doorstep. If you live in a Spruce-powered property, simply book your service using the Spruce app. With instant booking and on-demand scheduling, you get the services you need, when you need them.
