Thanks for all the suggestions, here are some new updates:
Now the algorithm is way better, we changed last price with BID & ASK comparison.
You can now select/exclude exchanges: the next time you refresh the list, you'll see the results only for the selected exchanges.
Detailed comparison between the two exchanges when you view details for each coin.
Now the updates are faster and show what the app is doing (useful for slow networks)\n\n- It's now easier to detect when two coins have the same name (yellow bar message).
Minor bugfixes and stability improvement\n\nI'm now working on adding more exchanges and features
