About Assemblée virtuelle
Welcome to our digital platform for the management of co-owners' meetings
This new platform integrates videoconferencing, audioconferencing and remote electronic voting during the meeting in a secure manner. It can be accessed through any electronic device: computer, tablet, smartphone - connected to the Internet.
It covers the various stages of the preparation and conduct of the meeting of co-owners:
Conduct of the meeting in a "virtual" room that brings together all co-owners, wherever they are physically located.;
Attendance is fast and secure because the register of co-owners, voting rights and proxies are already integrated.;
Authentication of participating co-owners through their email and a personal access code;
Real-time quorum calculation;
Easy communication between the president of the meeting, the directors, the various speakers and the co-owners via video and audio;
Real-time display of the agenda and meeting documents;
Successive votes and instant results;
Consideration of votes according to applicable majorities;
Prompt issuance of the register of co-owners' attendance and voting records.
This platform complies with legal obligations relating to the security of electronic voting systems, in particular:
The protection of personal data;
Secure transmission of means of authentication, personalized for each co-owner to access and participate in the meeting.
