This application allows farmers to view their declared reference parcels, land cover and where necessary take geotagged photos that must be uploaded in the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) for the processing of EU agricultural support. The photos can be captured without the use of mobile data or WIFI. Photos may then be uploaded into the Land Parcel Identification System once a stable mobile data or WIFI connection is available.
