The Block Mower app connects our Mowers with our network of Homeowners. If you're a Block Mower, this app allows you to accept jobs, get directions, access special instructions, message with the homeowners and cancel or complete jobs.

ACTIVE JOBS
**Special Instructions**
Homeowners can leave special instructions to help minimize on-site issues.
**In-App Messaging**
In-app messaging connects you directly with the homeowner if you have any questions or concerns.
**Job Cancelation**
If you have to cancel job, provide a short explanation and have an option to reschedule or give the job to another Mower.
**Job Completion**
Walk through the job checklist and once everything is checked off, tap "Complete."

• Have an issue? We don't play phone tag.
• Submit a support ticket or contact our service team through the Support tab in your app.

Messaging Improvements!
- You can now access messages from all of your past jobs through the new messages tab.
- Threads will no longer be closed after the job is complete, allowing you to communicate with clients easily.
- Support tickets have been moved into the account tab to make room for the messages tab.
Yard Mapping!
- To complement the new yard mapping feature we rolled out, you will now see the the layout of the yard in the job details screen.
- PS. Tap on the pin in the map on the job details screen ;)
