With this new version of the app, we have improved the login capabilities, so now you can Log in with Touch ID or Face ID

In-app access to the new Find a Doctor and Care Cost Estimator (for those eligible) tools has returned to a seamless experience. Additional bugs were squashed, including loading issues for some benefit documents.

The links to Find a Doctor and Care Cost Estimator have been temporarily changed to a single Web view of a new enhanced tool that integrates provider search and cost estimates (for those eligible).

It’s time to fall into updates for your Blue Cross app. We’ve been hard at work to make the following changes:

* Improvements to log-in, including the option to validate your device with text and email
* View your vision ID card
* Better deductible and out-of-pocket display
* Bug fixes and back-end improvements

We squashed a few bugs. You can view detailed EOBs in Claims and other PDFs throughout the app once again.

Spring into your spending account: Users with health spending and saving accounts (HSA, HRA, FSA, DCAP & VEBA) can now see transaction details before visiting Further for account management.
We’ve also included months of clean-up and experience enhancements, including:
Find a Doctor search improvements
Notice when a doctor is leaving your network
Order ID card bug fix
Reset password bug fix
Delayed user survey prompting
Overall styling updates

We cleaned up a couple bugs, including an issue with the claim status label.

Now you can click to call customer service right from the app if you have any questions and we made some updates to Find a Doctor, plus fixed a few bugs.

New alert banner created, so we can bring attention to urgent member information like COVID-19 coverage details.

Fixed a few bugs, including a registration bug to make it clear usernames need to be 6-15 characters. We also enhanced the Medical Cost Estimator so your current location can be seen in relation to the provider results.

Procedure costs vary by provider. That's why we developed a new tool that helps our members shop for medical care. Those with the Aware network will now see a Medical Cost Estimator. Future releases will make it available for more members.
