About Care & Share

Care & Share nasce nel 1991 per sostenere bambini di strada, soli, abbandonati nell’India del sud. In questi anni ha avviato all’istruzione oltre 19.000 bambini, ha costruito due villaggi per bambini di strada (Daddy’s Home e Butterfly Hill), 6 scuole negli slum di Vijayawada, città di oltre un milione di abitanti in cui opera.
Il programma di sostegno a distanza e i progetti di cooperazione hanno significato e significano tante cose: emancipazione dalla miseria, tutela sanitaria degli ultimi, accesso all’istruzione e lotta al lavoro minorile, garanzia di diritti e di dignità per i tanti bambini del programma. Questo è stato reso possibile grazie a oltre 10.000 donatori italiani che hanno creduto e credono in quello che è stato realizzato in India.
