Caterease Mobile

Caterease Mobile is a powerful tool for users of Caterease Software to access and edit important information on the go. Also through the app, an unlimited number of users can review live Caterease data in a variety of ways:

DASHBOARD
Three separate dashboards allow users with proper security clearance to review event revenue, number of events or accounts receivable for various date ranges – optionally grouped by a variety of details. Users can drill down to see specific details about individual parties including menu items ordered,
scheduled staff and more.

CALENDAR
A graphic calendar display allows users to see which dates have events, and drill down into each event for more information – including venue details, specific menu items and scheduled staff.

CLIENT/CONTACTS
A detailed client list allows users to search for any client or contact person in their database, and even tap to contact those customers via phone or email. Users with permission can edit customer details from right within the app – including adding new clients or contact people.

WEB INQUIRY
For customers using the Caterease Web Inquiry tool, inquiries submitted from their custom web forms can be reviewed within the app and even processed as new leads immediately. User lists for the mobile app can be managed within the Caterease program – including password creation, security settings and more.
