With Commonwealth's Mobile Profile application, real estate professionals can get immediate property information on their iPhone or iPad. By entering a property address, owners' name, assessor's parcel number (APN) or search nearby properties, Commonwealth's Mobile Profile can provide real time access to valuable property information.

The landing page is the Map Search after the user logs in and selects the desired operation (if applicable). Side Menu is shown initially to choose options.
The Map Search module now shows the user's current location as a black dot and this dot will move on the map with the movement of the user.

A new feature called “Full Profile” has been added. Full Profile displays the full content of the property profile providing the user with a quick overview of the information that’s available.

- New Take a Photo functionality allows users to take a photo with their iPhone of a subject property to generate a property profile.
- The last 10 photos are saved in the app so that users can go back to the property profile they previously viewed.
- If the property address cannot be found, the user is taken to the Near Me functionality which displays a map with properties where profiles are available.
