About Constructive Feedback

Constructive is the simplest and most fun way to create a 360 feedback process in your team. And the best teams are made up of the best professionals. However, for people to reach their full potential, constructive feedback is essential. One of the biggest reasons people leave companies is that their bosses don't care about feedback. How about then automating the whole process?

You create as many groups as you want. Marketing, sales, service, training, financial, legal, HR. You name it. Each with their values and questions that will be asked to their employees from time to time, anonymously. For each of these values, people give one to five stars. And these grades build an individual average and a team average. You follow people's progress in the simplest way possible.

Each person also has a public bulletin board where colleagues can leave messages that will help them build a really brilliant team.

All assessments are anonymous, but the frequency with which they are performed is controlled. This avoids any kind of manipulation.
