About Cry It Out Bae

The Cry It Out method of sleep training made popular by Dr Richard Ferber, has helped hundreds of babies and their parents achieve a full nights sleep.

The method is designed to give bae gradually longer time periods of "crying" time allowing bae to self-soothe and sleep. Cry It Out Bae provides a series of preconfigured timers programmed to follow the design of the cry it out method. Parents set the timers dictating the amount of time they'll allow bae to attempt to self-soothe.
