This is a major release with a change in the UI/UX of CXONCLOUD. A kickstart guide has been introduced for app users to seamlessly start their customer experience. The customer experience scores have been brought to the open screen for easy and quick access to reports. The menus have been renamed for easier understanding & action taking. In all, there has been a significant update app interface and app user experience. The javascript version has also been updated to the latest version.
