About Decanto - Learn Wine Pairing
Create your food - wine pairing as an authentic italian sommelier would do
Follow the teachings of the sommelier and learn to perceive the taste-olfactory and tactile food sensations and to associate them to those of the matching wine by adopting the complementary and congruent pairing principles described into the Mercadini methodology.
We will suggest you wines of similar body that fit good with your dish and we will guide you composing your first harmonic pairing.
Write down your best pairings and save them in the cloud to have them always with you.
