You have a little, nagging question at 3:00 a.m. Wouldn't it be great to talk to a nurse right away and get the answer? Turn to your Regence Pregnancy Program app for trusted pregnancy and parenting information, plus click-to-call directly to our maternity nurses.
The Regence Pregnancy Program app is for Regence members. Regence is a family of regional Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah, connecting people and their families to health care when and where they need it most.
With your Regence Pregnancy Program app, you can track your pregnancy through each milestone and trimester. In-app tools help you navigate your health and learn about the growth of your baby each day. After baby comes, support continues from pregnancy to parenthood, including health tracking just for baby.
Use this app to:
- Get notifications about important health to dos and more.
- Learn about signs and symptoms to watch out for.
- Track your weight gain, baby’s diapers, and more.
- Watch videos about your baby’s weekly development.
- Find local resources and learn about programs you may be eligible for.
- Create a list of questions for your doctor.
- Relax and reset with a breathing timer.
This app is designed to help keep you and your baby healthy throughout pregnancy and beyond.
