e護老 (e-carers) App提供您一站式有關照護長者的服務、知識和資源外，亦整合提升照顧者身心靈健康的資料。

因香港人口老齡化，照顧和護理長者過程漫長、複雜和充滿壓力。由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助的「賽馬會屋苑關顧護老計劃」因此設計e護老App，

方便護老者尋找長者服務、認知障礙症專門服務、護老資源、護老知識和護老者自強資訊，減低護老壓力。

e護老App的特式

一站式：用超連結方式羅列不同網站的護老資料和資訊，簡化搜尋過程。
語音及位置功能：只要申請長期照顧服務者在居所附近讀出【長者地區中心】或【長者鄰舍中心】，便可直接以電話連繫就近申請中心，方便怏捷。
影片專區：篩選合適的護老教育資料，並以影片播出，讓護老者更容易掌握照顧知識和技巧。
資料更新：因e護老App主要是以e護老網站中超連結其他相關網站而設計，而當中資料必定期更新以確保其實用性。
