Using the "e-Assembly" mobile app, the H.P. Vidhan Sabha elected MLAs can access:

1) The MLAs has access to all documents and replies related to Assembly Sessions.
2) The MLAs has access to House Committee reports, monthly meeting agendas and proceedings.
3) The MLAs can submit online questions to Vidhan Sabha during Assembly Sessions.
4) The MLAs can access their payment details such as Salary/Bills Reimbursement etc.
