Easy Receipt is a fantastic way to get your tax or expenses data into lists which are compatible with spreadsheet software packages, like Excel and OpenOffice.
It streamlines the process of logging the date, type and value of receipts by providing simple touch-screen elements for each.
How did it come about?
I've got an old microwave box full of receipts for my tax year. Like most people, I've ignored it knowing that some day I'm going to have to go through and add each receipt to a spreadsheet - which won't be fun, or easy.
So I set about making an app to streamline the process...
...and it worked! I spent an afternoon on the couch with my receipt box and my iPhone, and got them all logged - in record time!
That very program is now available to you via the App Store as Easy Receipt.
Easy Receipt features:
• Interface specifically designed for quick and easy data input
• Customise the currency type
• Built-in receipt counter increments with each new receipt started (and can be set/reset in the app settings)
• Quickly process your outstanding receipts using just your mobile
• Build CSV lists to export via email
• Lists are compatible for import into most spreadsheet packages (Excel, Lotus, etc)
