EconApps 2.0 is now on the iPhone! This app brings the functionality of the original EconApps to your personal device!
PitMarket module allows students to take on the role of buyer or seller and move about the classroom trading with other students. Knowing only their private widget values and receiving only feedback from their peers about trade prices in the room students find the market equilibrium!
Features include:
- Single/multiple widget trading, taxes/subsidies, positive/negative externalities, voting on price controls and graphing of demand, supply, and transactions data.
- Including support for simulating a market monopoly/single seller mode
- Fine-grained control of the game environment for the Instructor (trade ticker and trade loss warning)
- Same great access to email and survey functionalities throughout the gameplay
Other Improvements:
- Enhanced login process and connection stability
- Full support for iOS 9, 64-bit architecture
