About EDL Guard

Die EDL-Guard ist eine App, die ausschliesslich in Kombination mit dem EDL-Portal und der entsprechenden Portal Legitimierung benutzt werden kann. Die Portal richted sich an Betreiber und Unterhalter von Immobilien, deren Techniker im Aussendienst Störungen beheben. Die Techniker müssen ihren Einsatzort durch Anmeldung an der App angeben. Der Portal Dispatcher kann im Portal, die im Ausseneinsatz arbeitenden Techniker lokalisieren um so den Bereitschaftsdienst durch Zuordnung an weitere Einsatzorte zu optimieren.
