About Elite Express for Drivers
Elite Express has teamed with Orion Freight™ to provide advanced logistics support for its customers’ freight. This mobile app is used by Elite Express drivers to provide real-time freight tracking and report on critical events or freight status at the click of a button. The app feeds into the Elite Express cloud-based portal by Orion Freight™ called VISability™. Fleet Managers are provided with 360o visibility into their customer’s freight and vehicles.
This app is part of a full logistics supportability solution. Additional features can be added by Elite Express management that improves driver safety and compliance. The app is capable of reporting:
- vehicle location;
- freight on-board;
- freight delivered;
- Hours of Service (eLog);
- idle time;
- route deviation (geofencing);
- emergency alerting;
- time and distance enroute;
- drive identification;
- tractor to trailer authentication;
- manifest and BOL tracking;
- one-click freight status reporting by customer;
- Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and much more.
