What's new

We are improving the customer experience by flagging bus replacements and allowing users to book assisted travel post purchase.

New feature and enhancements

Bus replacements
We are now highlighting bus replacements in booking flow and also when you check live times which keeps you better informed about the travel.

Book assisted travel
We've added a link to allow you to book Passenger Assistance on the booking confirmation screen providing quicker access for those passengers who need additional support and assistance during travel.

We continue to ensure that app reaches the widest possible audience by improving the accessibility and making under the hood technical updates.
