We heard you! We kept all of the features our members loved about our old app, and then upped our game with some great new ones too, including:
- Check your eligibility and coverage using a new, smooth and streamlined flow. Plus, now you can check your coverage for any type of claim!
- Submit claims through the app for an expanded list of claim types that now matches what is offered on our desktop version.
- This update is more than a pretty new face with a few extra bells-and-whistles. We have re-built the user experience from the bottom-up using current best practices and incorporating user feedback.
- The app also displays real-time alerts for providers who are under investigation for fraud and/or benefits abuse.
