About Focus Energy
What is the best way to improve your performance and well-being at work and university? Focus Energy is a program focusing on your mental power, to bring together performance and serenity in your professional life. It is based on the Pomodoro Technique where you take several breaks during your deep focus periods, in order to optimize your productivity. This App will help you relax your brain and adopt Mental Ecology practices at work or university, so you can be as concentrated as possible for all your tasks! Focus Energy also helps you make better use of your cognitive and emotional resources in order to meet the increasing requirements of today’s universities and work environment while protecting you from burning out.

Presented in an intended short format (up to 8 min) with immediate benefits, the audio exercises and pauses allow you to use your mental energy in a better way.
