斯特魯普效應（英语：Stroop Effect），又譯Stroop效應、司楚卜效應、史楚普效應[1]，是由美國的實驗心理學家約翰·萊德利·斯特魯普於1935年最先以英語提出的效應，因此以他的名字命名。
這個效應展示了人們對事物的認知過程已是一個自動化的歷程。當有一個新的刺激出現時，如果它的特徵和原先的刺激相似或符合一致，便會加速人們的認知；反之，若新的刺激特徵與原先的刺激不相同，則會干擾人們的認知，使人們的所需的反應時間變長。
在心理學中，斯特魯普效應是干擾對處理任務時反應時間的論證。例如，將一個顏色的名稱（例如「藍色」、「綠色」、「紅色」、「橘色」）以不是它所代表的顏色顯示時（例如文字「紅色」以綠色油墨顯示，而非紅色油墨；或是文字「橘色」是以藍色油墨顯示而非橘色油墨），對比於文字及其顏色一致時，前者必須花較長的時間來辨識文字的顏色，而且辨識過程也更容易出錯。斯特魯普效應也被用來創造一個心理學上著名的實驗，即「斯特魯普實驗」（Stroop Test），或稱為「斯特魯普顏色與文字實驗」（Stroop Color and Word Test，簡稱SCWT）。
