Jujotech Fusion Remote ST for BlueJeans provides complete industrial remote assistance functionality for smartphone and tablet users, enabling a dynamic multi-party audio/video collaborative environment. Key features include file, image and video clip sharing (with live annotation) and proprietary telemetry technology. By deploying Fusion Remote ST for BlueJeans with select smartphones and tablets, users can achieve rapid return on investment with increased productivity and operational efficiencies, which include reduced travel expenses. Popular use cases include enhanced troubleshooting, real-time incident management (investigating, reporting and/or repairing) and remote training.
The unique Jujotech Fusion Remote ST for BlueJeans architecture includes a layer on top of BlueJeans, which provides access to the global address book and allows customers to leverage the convenience, security and stability of BlueJeans while eliminating the need to invest in or depend on a parallel IT infrastructure.

Proprietary telemetry technology also enables multiple mobile device support for the connected worker (allowing either hand-free or hands-free operation). With Expert View, the remote expert can also participate with a tablet or smartphone at the edge.
