Update hero data for new balance patch

New Hero: Ana

Now that the Balance Patch has also been released for Xbox/PS4, the numbers have been updated for Widowmaker and McCree

Fixed a crash in the profile when viewing an attribute where no data is available yet in graph view.

- Added Competitive Play to your profile statistics.
- Formatted some of the the hero and ability descriptions.
