About 每日習慣養成,目標自律打卡

The Habster app helps you build a healthier way of life! Form new good habits, and replace bad habits with positive ones!

Habit formation is the process by which behaviors become automatic. Habster app provides a "habit loop" to produce habits:
The cue or trigger ("Mantras"). Mantras are positive affirmations that correspond to the chosen habit. You can adjust the frequency and time of notifications.
The routine ("Habit Wheel"). The Habit Wheel is an innovative feature that allows you to visualize your weekly habits and goals. You can track your progress and set reminders to stay on track with your goals. The Habit Wheel is a great way to visualize your habits.
The reward ("Wisdom of the Day"). "Wisdom of the Day" provides a daily dose of inspiration and wisdom to help keep you motivated and on track toward achieving your goals with exciting topics ranging from personal growth and development to health and wellness. "Wisdom of the Day" is only visible after the habit is marked as done.

HOW TO form a new habit with the Habster app:

Step 1. Choose a habit that you will have to train. Use your habits towards your goals and the things that motivate you. Don't try to completely change your life in one day. Focus on one new habit.

Step 2. Choose a mode - a limited time of 28 days or any period.

Step 3. Allow notifications. In this case, you will receive daily inspirational statements about your habit. You can also set up your own reminders that will trigger you to complete the practice. Place reminders to execute your practice daily, or you might miss a few days.

Step 4. Remember to mark the habit as completed. We also recommend tracking progress and reflecting in the Diary.

Step 5. Commit to a minimum of 21 days - and your new habit is ready! Reward yourself. Rewards are an essential part of habit formation.

Habster FEATURES:

CALENDAR
Marking on a calendar encourages you to complete your desired task daily. The more you look at an unbroken string of green done's, the more compulsion you'll feel to overcome any initial resistance and force yourself to continue.

DIARY
The diary feature allows for tracking their daily progress and reflecting on successes and setbacks while forming habits. This helps to create accountability and motivates us to stay consistent.

MANTRAS AND REMINDERS
This feature allows you to stay motivated and create reminders for each habit with custom text at your convenience.

HABIT FORMATION MODES
Limited mode. To develop a habit, do it in 21 days, at most 28 days from the beginning.
Lite mode. To form a habit, do this in 21 days with no time limit.

MY HABITS
Habit management feature help stay organized, consistent, and productive in their daily lives. You can keep track of your habits. The result is more meaningful and lasting results that you can be proud of!
