Performance optimizations in the Protocol Checklist screen.
The App will show an option to display the full Equipment list, when there is no Equipment configured for the selected protocol.
User friendly error handling was implemented for the hyperlinks in the protocol checklist instructions.
Improvements in the synchronization notifications were implemented to improve the user experience.
The user will not be able to delete an installation while it is synchronizing. If the user attempts to remove it, a message will appear indicating this and will prevent the user from removing that installation until the sync is complete.

Addressed the case in which for a few devices the CPR Assist would cut a metronome beat short when on Continuous mode.
Fixed the edge case where published demo Orders whose trial has expired, would not update their status in the Installations page after a synchronization.
Fixed the issue that caused the CPR Assist metronome to go silent when the “Charge monitor” and the “Check Rhythm” alerts were muted.
