We’ve made some internal changes and minor UI tweaks to how we present draft reply threads.

With this release we are introducing Hide Threads, giving users the ability to hide individual threads when required. Once you've hidden a thread it won't show up in the quote history on the customer end, giving you even more control over your conversations.

We've also taken care of a couple of bugs in this release:
• Addressed multiple issues when creating new conversations from the app.
• Made some other minor UI improvements.
