Fixed issue with the UI for World Ranking Tournaments on iPads

* Fixed issue with jittery gameplay on some devices

* Fixed case where World Ranking Tournaments wouldn't load

- Now supports screen size of iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR
- New "High Rollers" leaderboard in World Ranking Tournaments

* Fixed an issue where the game would get stuck during "fly in" when starting a match
* Fixed an issue where you might not get credit for a World Ranking Tournament victory if you were playing in a different tournament when the original tournament ends.

* World Ranking Tournaments now have leaderboards (Apartment > World Rankings > Leaderboards in top-left)
* A few bug fixes

* There's a new court: The Desert
* Fixed a bug where a point could be incorrectly called for your opponent.
* Now the Desert court will be unlocked at Level 75 or greater.
