You can use the app on its own to track activity and runs using your phone’s GPS, or connect to an iConnect By Timex smartwatch to improve your health by managing your steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more. Add your photo, height, weight and daily step goal to create a truly personal and customized experience. The iConnect By Timex 2 app allows you to sync your data with Apple Health.
