Bugs Fixed:
-If you closed the ladder quickly during a tournament, the ladder would be messed up if you opened it again.
-Added more space for text "Indie Game Studio" element
-Fixed rare issue where a prestige would wipe out recently purchased in app purchases, requiring a reset to restore.
-Smallest materials would pile on on the edges of the bottom grinders over time
-Fix for some sales having the wrong dollar amounts
-Fix for gem earnings being incorrect for late game materials

-Max offline gems level reduced to 3 levels
-Max offline gems cost reduced from 1500 to 1000
-Increase gem chance max level reduced from 500 to 400

-Gem Teeth damage max level reduced from 1000 to 500
