About LDS 67 Language Scriptures
LDS Interpreter is the best multi-lingual scripture study tool in the world! Whether you are preparing for, currently serving, or have just returned home from a mission, this app is for you! We built this app so that missionaries can learn and study more effectively.
We have been hard at work on several new features and are very proud that version 7.0 is finally ready. This version includes the following new features:
- A complete redesign of the app that makes the experience much more enjoyable on iOS 7.
- Drastically improved annotation tools. You can now highlight and take notes on any piece of text, no matter how large or small.
- Improved navigation menu. You can now navigate through the entire Quad without leaving the reading view.
- Audio is included for free! We have support for scripture audio in English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Portuguese.
- A free translation service that lets you get the translation of a selected word or phrase right from the app.
- The addition of the Turkish Book of Mormon!
- The addition of the Bible in Italian!
- Dozens of fixes for content related issues. Please re-download the content if you have noticed any issues with chapter headings.

New feature! We got an email a few days ago asking for the ability to add multiple windows in the app, so we made it happen. We have added the ability to add additional windows to the app so that you can keep track of multiple different locations at once. Its kind of similar to bookmarks, but more like opening a new tab in Safari.

Lots of bug fixes!
- We fixed the Translation feature so that it works with Google's API. This is going to work now and it is going to work for good!
- The annotation feature has been fixed!
- The missing highlight images have been fixed!
We want to let everyone know that we are committed to supporting this app. We are going to make updates to the app monthly, so send us an email and let us know what you'd like to see added to the app!

We also fixed the iOS 8 related bug that was causing the highlight menu to not show up sometimes.

- We fixed the issue with the translation languages not being lined up if you have a custom order of languages.
- We added the media player pause/play buttons that somehow got removed in the last version.
- We also added a new kind of bookmark! There is now one dedicated section for keeping your current place as you read. Just double-tap on the reading view and we will update your spot automatically.

Thanks to several early adopters of our latest update, we were able to find and fix a number of issues that slipped into the last version. Here is what we fixed:
- You can now remove bookmarks again. Just swipe to the left on the bookmark row and a delete button will appear.
- We added the ability to add a description to bookmarks. This will help you keep better track of why you are saving that particular spot.
- We now add the verse into the bookmark as well. When you save a bookmark, it now saves the top verse that is on the screen as the bookmark. This is helpful because no matter the number of languages you have on display, the bookmark will consistently go to the correct spot.
- We made some minor UI modifications to make the app experience more consistent and awesome.
- In the language selection view, you can now just tap on the row to start downloading new content. You don't have to worry about the edit button anymore. If you want to delete content from your device, just swipe on the row. Thanks, Johnny!

Version 5.0 includes the most feature enhancements and bug fixes of any version of the app we have ever shipped! We have spent months of this release and are very proud of what we have been able to accomplish. We hope you enjoy these changes as much as we do. Here is what is new:

- A new name! We finally decided it was time to have an actual name: LDS Interpreter.
- A new icon! To be in alignment with our new name, a new icon was created. This marks the first release that doesn't have the classic globe icon.
- All-new notes and highlighting features. We have received dozens of emails asking for a more robust note/highlight tool, and we are delighted to announce that it is finally here. Just long press on any text segment you want and start annotating.
- Translation service! If you want a definition of a particular word, just tap on it and press translate. It will translate the word into the default language (as specified in the settings).

- You can now cancel an audio download request by tapping on the progress indicator while it is downloading.
