- Added new keyboard shortcuts to Focus on & navigate the sidebar on iPad. While in article list, hit 'Esc' to show/focus on the sidebar. Once in focus, use the left & right arrow keys to navigate the sidebar, and hit 'Space' to select an item in the sidebar.
- Linked list style articles (i.e. the article’s URL is a link to a site that is different from the one that owns the feed that published it) will now open in their original content view by default. - Added another new way to discover articles you may otherwise miss. 'Recent/Today' in the 'Discover' section. Only shows articles published in the last few days. The number of days can be configured in settings.
- While reading an article, tap the name of it's author to see a list of all articles authored by them. (If the article has an author, their name is at the top, right below the article's title & above the name of the feed that published it in the article reading view).
- Added ability to have bold title in the article reading view. When in the article reading view, tap on the change appearance button (i.e. the little 'Aa' button in the top right corner of the article reading view), and select 'Adjust Title Weight'.
- Added ability to have custom text size independent of the system text size in article list view, and, hot links view. Please visit Settings > Article Options > Text Size, and disable 'Use System Size' to see (and enable/setup) custom sizing options.
- Added ability to disable Drag & Drop in Article Lists Please visit Settings > Article Options > Drag and Drop, toggle it on/off. (I understand that some users find themselves triggering a drag unintentionally, and have no use for the feature in general).
- Same cache will now be used for thumbnails in article lists as the article reading view. (Which means, if all images are cached, thumbnails in article lists should now be available offline without adding any extra thumbnail caching system, or using any extra disk space for caching thumbnails).
- 'Fast Read Later' has been renamed to 'Toolbar Shortcut' (This represents it's function better than it's old name).
- Mercury Parser API is being discontinued on April 15, 2019. So, the ability to refresh full-text with Mercury Parser has been removed from the app. If there is a problem with full-text extraction with lire's own parser, I encourage you to report this to me using the 'Report a problem' link, which is located at the bottom of the full-text view of any/every article.
- Fixed a bug that caused some embedded videos in full-text view to autoplay in fullscreen mode as soon as an article was opened.
