LiveAgent's call center is now supported on the go! And it brings a ton of functionality, including:
Inbound Calls
- Receive calls coming to your LiveAgent account even when not logged in the browser app
- Setup availability in specific departments for calls coming on your mobile device
- Use your phone as a "headset" to pickup calls when logged in on your browser
Outbound Calls
- Make outbound calls from any selected phone number that you have connected to your LiveAgent account
- Browse through your LiveAgent contacts
- Make internal calls between agents or departments
