About Loyal.City
Loyal.City is a mobile loyalty app focused on function, simplicity, and clean design.
What does the app do? Loyal.City users follow their favorite businesses. By following, the user can check-in to receive Loyal.City points. These points accumulate in the Loyalty Bank for that business. Points can then be redeemed for rewards defined by the business.
With each active check-in, the user has the option to rate their experience, providing valuable insights to the business owner. Ratings are private by design, between the business and the user only.
Businesses can optionally publish a Daily Deal. No points are required to redeem the Daily Deal, but the user must follow the business and have an active check-in to redeem the Daily Deal.
Users are able to see Loyal.City businesses in their area and whether or not the business is offering a Daily Deal.
Loyal.City check-ins require only the users mobile device. Our dual-authentication design very simply verifies the user is at the point of purchase without the hassle of extra hardware or scanning.
