LOGIN MESSAGES
This app requires mobile access to a single location.
If you still need access or have multiple locations set, a message will display to tell you.

APPROVING ESTIMATES
You can now approve or decline an estimate total from the app. Go to the Estimate/Invoice tab of a case, and use the new APPROVE and DECLINE buttons at the bottom of the screen. Any decision you make will be automatically sent to the service provider.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Using your device settings, you can now enable push notifications. Get notified about upcoming appointments, scheduled maintenance, ETRs, or follow-up dates as well as case status changes, new notes, service request approvals, and high severity reports.
QUICK ACTIONS
When viewing a list of cases or assets, you can now press and hold one of them to view quick actions like SEND NOTE or CREATE SERVICE REQUEST.

We also improved search functionality, added an offline notification, and added a confirmation sound when submitting service requests.

Instead of just viewing service requests, you can now create your own from the app. Tap the middle button on the navigation bar, and you’ll be launched into a three-step wizard. Select the asset, complaint, and service provider you want. Need to contact the Uptime Center? You got it. Want to edit your request before sending it? No problem. Easy as 1-2-3-Review.

If you have a phone that lets you log in with fingerprint or face recognition, you can also log into our app with it. Log in with your password once, then use fingerprint or face recognition from there on out.

Tap a case number to open the Overview. From there, the time and date the case was created will be looking right at you.

Access & track your cases and assets
Choose from your favorites to check on cases, assets, and service requests based on different criteria.
You can also search for cases and assets by unit number or VIN, or by scanning the QR code.
Stay on top of your case notes
Open a list of all the notes added to your case. Reply to existing ones or write your own with specific recipients, so you can better communicate with anyone involved in the case.
