MD Link had some design changes in displaying the patient's name. We introduced the ability to apply preferences, filters, and the ability to search within the census. Users will now have the ability to lock the application, and sign in without having to use their credentials every time.

This release include new Operational User role. The operational user role will be able to add patients, and add encounters. They will also be able to remove encounters, as well as patients from the census. There will also be revisions to the workflow when a user is adding an existing patient from the add patient screen.
