MES-Plant ist eine Applikation der Firma EATON Industries GmbH für Smart Devices um die vorliegenden MES Daten (BIG DATA) der Produktion auszuwählen und zu visualisieren.
Auswahl der Daten erfolgt entweder aus der Anwendung heraus, oder mittels Pushmeldung, ausgelöst von einem Beacon (Bluetooth Sender).
Prozessverantwortliche und Anlagenbediener können so schneller und unkomplizierter direkt vor Ort Ihre Daten einsehen und darauf reagieren.
Durch die Vereinfachung werden die Daten zeitnah und richtig direkt eingegeben und Maßnahmen können schneller eingeleitet werden.Ausfüllen und versenden von unterschiedlichen Formularen (z.B. GembaWalk) sind zusätzlich über die APP möglich.
