The Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs introduces the Patient Care mobile application that provides patients easy access to their medical information at any time and place. Patients can access their medical records, book appointments, check their visits history, examine their test results, view their medication information and conveniently request medication refills. In addition to many other services.
Patients can also track their health, exercises, weight, blood sugar and pressure from the “My Health” screen which is integrated with the Apple Health app.

This release contains the following new feature:
ِLogin via biometrics: once you login to the app, go to the settings from the side menu and activate the "Use fingerprint to login" option. You must have your fingerprint/face ID configured to unlock your phone first for this option to appear.
The following bugs have been fixed:
Fix for some appointments re-scheduling issues.
Fix for booking appointments on some phones set to 12-hour system.
Fixes for some inbox messages.

في هذا التحديث تم تحسين خدمة الحجز المباشر للمواعيد وتعديلها في مراكز الرعاية الأولية التي سبق أن تم فيها تدشين هذه الخدمة. وسيتم تطبيق خدمة الحجز المباشر في جميع مراكز الرعاية الأولية تباعا.
