Easily switch between English and Spanish.
INTUITIVE:
Designed for ease of use, no matter your experience: No need for a 200 page manual - just log in and start your order. Section by section video tutorials are available when you're ready to discover the more powerful features of the app
PROGRAM OPTIONS:
Once you sign up with your sales rep, Supervalu will provide you an Apple iPod touch set into a pistol-grip point and shoot scanner, and a charging cradle to go with it. Additional iPods, iPads, Scanners, and Bluetooth tag printers are also available. And once on-boarded, you're welcome to install the app on your own iPhone as well. (Very useful for quick order add-ons and comparison shopping at your competitors)

As part of our continuing integration efforts with Supervalu systems, we are migrating to a new improved backend server. Enhancements made with this version will provide for a more seamless transition.

-Additional support for migrating legacy user to SVHarbor login credentials
-Added "case weight" to each item. Similar to "item cube", you can now see a running weight total to assist you with calculating your truck/container size
-Support for scanning UPCs with RSVP barcodes
-Added a setting to ignore pallet items when scanning, for fewer interruptions when writing your order
-Auto-logout after 2 hours of inactivity, for increased security
BUG FIXES:
-Corrected a problem that could cause the app to crash when switching between English and Spanish languages
-Fixed an issue with updating deals that would occasionally cause the app to crash
-Corrected a lingering issue related to order history alert pop-up messages
-Updated support contact information on the help screens
-Improved item status descriptions

We have rebranded the Mobile Ordering app to "Mobile Merchant" - Look for the new icon after the update!
This version comes with a lot of background enhancements:
• Added compatibility for sharing SVHarbor login credentials
• Plumbed and prepped for compatibility with Supervalu backend systems
- Stores still on the legacy Unified systems will not see any major changes in functionality until standardization occurs
- Once your store has completed the standardization process, you will automatically see changes related to Supervalu-specific processes and terminology, along with updated instructional videos under the help menu.
Keep an eye out for future communication regarding these changes via email and the Message Center within the app.
