We heard you -- our beloved users -- loud and clear! You really didn't like that our last update didn't allow you to run calculations with $0 in the down payment field. Now that we've re-enabled it, our calculator app allows you to estimate your numbers for your unique mortgage scenario. But remember, unless you’re getting a VA loan, you must put down at least 3.5% of the purchase price to buy a home. Go forth and CALCULATE!

While our app has always featured LIVE and up-to-date interest rates under the "Our Rates" tab, we're now including those live rates on all the calculators, too! That means you're always calculating with the most accurate figures possible. Cheers to accuracy!
