my Installed Base (myIB) is a mobile application that allows you to register and view your ABB equipment. The application should be used by ABB customers, authenticated user groups and employees.

With myIB you can:
- Register ABB products by scanning QR codes
- Add product service request
- Explore your registered products and sites
- Access product information
- Report product issues
- Call contact center
- Work offline (data remain on your mobile device until you decide to share it with ABB)

Designed with the end user in mind, myIB enables you to participate in managing your ABB products and sites interactively with a strong partner – ABB – on your side.
