On the Billing tab, click on the link underneath the Check out your current bill video header and you can view a short, personalized video explaining the latest bill. You can also contact us for assistance with a wider variety of transactions via Secure Messaging, which is now also accessible from the Contact Us menu.

With the latest update, we are making it easier to understand key information about your plans, such as prices, speeds and data allowances by introducing Broadband Facts Labels. This update also includes push notifications for secure messaging, as well as order shipments. The Orders screen now has a Buy it Again option that helps you quickly replicate past orders if your company uses standard configurations.
