Fixed a bug causing "Open Website" to sometimes fail if the user had logged in, but was no longer logged in.
Fixed a bug causing random crashes.
Signup now uses the system browser, instead of an embedded browser. This should prevent recaptcha from always challenging the user with image tests.

Vehicle images now have a loading placeholder to indicate they are loading.
The images page will now indicate when a vehicle has no images available to view.
