首先建造設施，整頓出讓學生過得更舒適的環境。
除了「教室」、「供餐廚房」，還有被老師叫進去的學生會感到有點緊張的「學生指導室」。
如果將好幾個適性高的設施排在一起，即可營造出在學生之間極受歡迎的人氣景點。
只要學校的人氣或評價越來越高，就會有更多學生前來求學。

學校的經營漸漸上軌道之後，可以嘗試舉辦學園祭。
「章魚燒店」、「樂團演奏」、「女僕咖啡店」等等……大家在學園祭攜手合作，想必能帶來更多樂趣。
