It’s officially Hot Update Summer. Jump right in, the water’s fine.
In conversations, we’ve added a typing indicator, so you can see if your teammates are already crafting a response to the customer. Surfing through convos just got easier.
For our multi-location business beach buddies, we fixed the contact search when creating a new message. That way, when you try to add a new contact for one location—and they already exist in another—we’ll go ahead and merge those contacts together for you (Goodbye, duplicates!).
And finally, wish you could remember every customer convo? We’ve made it a (summer) breeze. Turn on call recordings and transcriptions, and never forget a detail again. They’ll appear in the conversation and save right to the contact’s profile.
